The images that this actress embodied on the screen have always evoked sincere feelings in the audience. Nonna Viktorovna Mordyukova did not play, but lived on the screen. For her sincerity and gullibility, she often got it from critics. But she paid little attention to such trifles.
Starting conditions
The famous Soviet actress was born on November 25, 1925, far from Moscow. Parents lived in the village of Otradnaya in the Krasnodar Territory. My father was listed as a career soldier and held a position in the local military registration and enlistment office. Mother worked as the chairman of a collective farm. The family was large - four sisters and two brothers grew up in the house. Nonna, as the eldest from an early age, helped the mother in household chores and in the upbringing of children. The girl already demonstrated her musical and artistic abilities in childhood.
When the war began, my father was sent to the active army. In battles with the enemy, he lost a leg and returned home after the victory as an invalid. Mother and children did not manage to evacuate to the rear and hid from the invaders in a remote farm. Nonna was a tall girl, and such Germans hijacked them to work in Germany. In 1945, Mordyukova graduated from high school and firmly decided to enter VGIK. She dreamed about the profession of an actress back in her school years. Parents did not approve of their daughter's aspirations, but did not deter her from traveling to Moscow. Nonna passed the entrance exams and creative competition from the first run.
