Instructions

Step 1

Execute all the necessary agreements confirming your ownership of the land plot (purchase and sale, donation, exchange). In the event that you received the plot by inheritance, issue an appropriate certificate from a notary.

Step 2

Contact a land management organization that has a state license to carry out the necessary work on geodetic surveying of the site, drawing up technical documentation and submitting it to the regional branch of the State Enterprise Center for the State Land Cadastre under the Committee for Land Resources.

Step 3

At the end of the measuring work, land surveyors must draw up, in accordance with the current regulations, an act on the establishment of boundaries on the ground. Sign this act only after the land surveyors themselves, as well as adjacent land users (if any) endorse it.

Step 4

Please note that the establishment of the boundaries of the land plot on the ground must be carried out in accordance with the land management project, which must be drawn up before the direct production of the state certificate and is already stored by the time it is issued as part of the cadastral file.

Step 5

Register all the necessary documents at the local branch of the Center, namely: - documents (certified copies) confirming your right to own a land plot, - a copy of your passport and marriage certificate;

- site plan drawn up according to the survey results of land surveyors;

- the previous state act with a mandatory notary's mark on the alienation of property, if any (for residents of Ukraine).

Step 6

Within 14 days, you will receive the cadastral number of the site and the state certificate at the Center. Be sure to check if all the necessary seals and signatures are present on this document. The document must be signed by the head of the land resources department and the head of the local council.
