Step 1
Submit a special request to the railway company (by calling the hotline), which includes the train in which your relatives, friends or colleagues are traveling or may have been traveling. It should be borne in mind that such a request can only be made when you have learned from the mass media about a terrorist attack or accident in which the train you require is taking part. With such a request, you will not be provided with a complete list by phone, but they will answer about your acquaintances or relatives when their names are indicated.
Step 2
A full list of passengers in such emergencies is always a little later you will see on the website of the railway company or in the TV news. Meanwhile, railway specialists in some exceptional cases, when providing, for example, information that a person who supposedly left by train forgot his passport in the city, etc. they can also help and provide a list, but, we note, they are not obliged to do this and no one can demand this in case of refusal.
Step 3
Contact the law enforcement agencies, indicating why you need a list of train passengers. Remember, police officers, FSB officers, and tax authorities have full access to the databases of railway companies. If they think that you really need help, they will certainly, using their powers, be able to provide information about the passengers of a particular passenger train. Remember, when contacting the police, you will need to write a special statement, on the basis of which the data will be issued later.
