Instructions
Step 1
Call the helpline at the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in your area. Provide information about yourself over the phone - last name, first name, patronymic, date and year of birth. If necessary, provide passport details or individual taxpayer number. In response, you will be told if you are on the list of debtors.
Step 2
Contact your local office of the Federal Bailiff Service. Bring your passport and personal tax number with you. Contact a specialist who will give you complete information about your debt.
Step 3
Go to the website of the Federal Bailiff Service. Go to the "Debt Information" section. This section is still functioning in test mode, so it does not always provide information only on passport data or individual taxpayer number. On the section page, confirm that you provide your data for processing by the FSSP of Russia server. After that, select the territorial authority in which you live. The following are three options for finding yourself in the lists of debtors. In the first, enter your full name and data at the place of registration (town and street). In the second, specify the series and number of the passport or individual taxpayer number. In the third, enter the number of enforcement proceedings. In the latter case, you will receive the most complete information on the content and state of the enforcement proceedings against you.
Step 4
After filling in the required fields, click "Search". Enter the verification code exactly from the picture. If you do not see the code, then click the icon to the right of it, which will read the symbols in the picture. Click Submit. If all the data is entered correctly and you agreed to the search terms, you will be provided with information about your presence in the lists of debtors.
