The notification is drawn up like any standard document. Paper format A-4, required margins: at the bottom and at the top two centimeters, on the left - three centimeters, on the right you can put margins one and a half or two centimeters. In the upper right corner we write the addressee to whom the notification is sent: position, below the line the surname and initials, even below the address, if the notification is sent by mail. Two lines below, in the center of the sheet, place the word "Notification", it can be highlighted in bold or in capital letters.

Further, from the red line, we write the text of the notification itself according to an approximate sample: “We inform you that on the basis of the contract (we enter the number) from (indicate the date of the contract), (indicate the name of the first party - the notifier) entered into an agreement with (indicate the second party to the contract) on (indicate the subject of the contract). Then, it is necessary to briefly outline the conditions specified in the contract. This concludes the informative part of the notification. Below in two lines, you need to specify the data of the organization of the notifier. As a header, insert the phrase "Data for the organization" and indicate the data. This is the license number, the service in which the documents are stored, or the area in which the organization was registered. And also, the actual and postal addresses of the organization, the surname, name and patronymic of the director of the organization, and the contact phone number. At the bottom of the notification, you must put the date of the notification, the signature and decoding of the signature of the head, sealed by the organization's seal.
