Step 1
At the passport office or the FMS branch at the place of residence, fill out an application of the established form, which says about changing the place of permanent registration. Step 2
After your passport is returned with a stamp about the canceled registration, go to the passport office or the FMS office at the new address where you plan to register. To register at a new place, you will need a passport, an application of the established form, a receipt for payment of the state fee, as well as a document confirming your right to live in a new apartment. This can be a social contract or a certificate of ownership of real estate. If the owner of the apartment is another person, his / her consent, documented, is required. In a few days your passport will be returned with a new registration stamp.

Men under the age of 27 must not only comply with all the formalities at the passport office, but also notify the military registration and enlistment office of the change of place of registration.
