For persons liable for military service of any age, there are obligations for registration with military registration and enlistment offices. The fulfillment of such obligations depends on the place of residence of the person liable for military service and changes in his registration data.

Step 1
Registration of citizens with the Federal Migration Service can be either permanent or temporary. Permanent is a mark in a citizen's passport with no expiration date. The temporary one can be either a stamp with a registration mark with a certain validity period, or a certificate insert to the passport, which will indicate the address of the temporary registration of a citizen and its validity period.
Step 2
In the event that a person liable for military service changes the address of his stay, moves from his former place of residence to a new one and is going to receive a temporary registration in another city, he must be removed from the military registration at the military registration and enlistment office to which his former place of residence belongs.
Step 3
The next steps are to obtain temporary registration at a new place of residence. Then, without fail, registration with the military registration and enlistment office, which is located geographically at the place of temporary registration of a person liable for military service.
Step 4
There is a certain period during which a citizen must register at the military registration and enlistment office - this is two weeks. In this case, a military card (if it is received for the first time), a citizen will be able to receive at the place of his military registration. And citizens liable for military service must always register at the place of their registration, even if it is temporary.
Step 5
Temporary registration at a new place of residence will not in any way affect the permanent residence of a citizen in another city. It will remain registered at the previous address. Registration at the military registration and enlistment office in the place where the citizen is currently living by temporary registration allows the military units of the country to know where the citizen liable for military service is and, if necessary, urge him to pay military duty to his homeland.
