Step 2

If you are related to one of these categories of Ukrainian citizens, then you can enter the territory of the Russian Federation without a visa. Upon arrival in Russia, submit the following documents to the FMS department: - a passport (or a passport of a citizen of Ukraine); - a migration card with a mark about crossing the border; - certificates and certificates confirming your rights to obtain a temporary residence permit without taking into account quotas. these documents, an application for the issuance of a TRP to you and enter the state duty in the established amount.

Step 3

Submit to the FMS certificates that you have no criminal record in Russia and Ukraine, as well as certificates from medical institutions stating that you are not a carrier of dangerous diseases and do not use drugs. This should be done no later than 30 days after the initial treatment.
