Cross the border of Ukraine and Russia in any of the three ways listed: by water (crossing the Kerch Strait), by air, by land. Be sure to get a residence permit in Ukraine if you want to settle there for a long time or permanently. Following Ukrainian laws, without it, you can stay on its territory for 90 days. This restriction is automatically lifted when you receive a temporary or permanent residence permit. Remember that you will have to fill in all the necessary documents yourself or translate with the help of a specialist only in Ukrainian. Obtain a permit to apply for work in an existing enterprise or open your own on the territory of Ukraine. This will help you get a residence permit faster. With the first option, it is more difficult to obtain a document, because even Ukrainian citizens often work in the country without registration, but if you are a good specialist, then an exception can be made for you.
Step 4
When obtaining a residence permit in Ukraine, register the status of an individual-entrepreneur in the district administration. Buy your own home on the territory of Ukraine, this is the best and most profitable option. It is also possible, but very difficult, to find a person who will agree to register you in their house or apartment.
