Writing a household description of a person may be required when it comes to criminal prosecution, and the degree of punishment depends on how the person behaves in society. Sometimes such a document can be requested by the guardianship authorities that make the decision on the adoption. If you were not provided with a sample characteristic, then you will have to write the text yourself.
Instructions
Step 1
The text of the characteristic is written on behalf of the neighbors. Therefore, you will need to collect signatures of at least three people under it. Bypass in advance everyone who can sign this document, collect information about which apartments they live in, write down their passport data.
Step 2
Get a blank sheet of standard-sized paper and a pen with black or blue paste. When writing, provide margins so that the document can be filed to the case - set aside a margin at least 2-2.5 cm wide on the left, and 1.5 cm at the top, right and bottom.
Step 3
Write your heading at the top and place it in the middle. This is the word "Characteristics" and to whom it is provided. Write the name and patronymic in full. In the address part, write again the surname, initials and indicate at what address the person lives, from what year.
Step 4
Start the main text of the household characteristics with the standard phrase: "We, the undersigned" and list the names and initials of those who will sign the document. Then list how the person is characterized by neighbors: how polite and calm he is in communication, what is known about him as a family man. Note if he was seen drunk and violating the rules of residence. Be sure to mention whether the tenant took part in solving general issues, in the improvement of the territory of the house, its landscaping.
Step 5
In the event that the characterization is being prepared for the court to make a decision on parole, then express your opinion whether the family is able to help the person to improve, to provide him with emotional support.
Step 6
In the last paragraph, write in which organ the characteristic is given. Place the neighbors' signatures under the text in the order they were mentioned in the text. Provide each signature with a decryption indicating the apartment number or residential address. Walk around the neighbors and ask them to sign. Sign the text with the local police inspector and certify it with the seal of the ZhEK or HOA.
