After finishing the tenth grade, Sergey decided to get a specialized education at the Pavlodar Industrial Institute. In 1985, the graduate engineer was called up to serve in the troops of the State Security Committee (KGB).
Professional activity
Podolsky's service career was developing quite successfully. He held positions of responsibility in the structure of the KGB bodies. In 1991, after the liquidation of the Soviet Union, Sergei Sergeevich decided to go into business. During this period, many officers of various branches of the armed forces were dismissed from the army and started doing business. Podolsky by that time lived on the territory of the famous Guryevsky municipal district and had a complete legal education. This knowledge allowed him to create a profitable Russian-German enterprise.
Despite the difficult economic conditions and the lack of a legal framework, Podolsky's enterprise operated profitably. In 2006 he was elected to the local Council of Deputies. An experienced production manager took up social and legal issues. Three years later, according to the results of a popular vote, he was elected head of the Guryev municipal district. In his new position, Sergei Sergeevich faced long-known problems. I did not just collide, but began to consistently solve them.

The municipal district is not large, but it does not rest on its laurels. Podolsky at his post showed initiative and creativity. The local budget increased annually. Residents of the district three times re-elected him to the post of head. The next election campaign is scheduled for 2020.
The personal life of Sergei Podolsky has developed well. He is legally married. The husband and wife raised and raised two children - a daughter and a son.
