The student's characteristic for the military registration and enlistment office is filled in by the class teacher. Some military registration and enlistment offices send out ready-made forms that you just need to fill out. If you do not have such a form, then you can write a description to the military registration and enlistment office for a school student in any form.
Instructions
Step 1
As with any document, write your testimonial on a standard A4 paper using a pen with black or blue ink. Write in the middle of the sheet the word "characteristic" and in the heading indicate which class the young man is, the school number, city, his last name, initials.
Step 2
Give general information about the student, indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, date of birth, nationality according to the passport. List the composition of the family: surnames, names and patronymics of father and mother, brothers and sisters, date and place of their birth, nationality, education. Note whether the family lives together, how financially they are, whether there are registered mental illnesses and whether any family member suffers from alcoholism.
Step 3
Write about how this student is politically mature and civic conscious, whether he is interested in events in the world and how correctly he assesses them. Celebrate his participation in sports and other competitions, Olympiads, community service and events. List the sections in which he works.
Step 4
Tell us about how the young man studies, what courses he attended or is attending. List the subjects in which he has grades of "excellent", "good" and "satisfactory", highlight those in which he is particularly interested.
Step 5
Describe the attitude of his comrades, the class collective towards him. Tell us how active he is and whether he enjoys authority, whether they listen to his opinion, what kind of relationship this student has with the teachers.
Step 6
List his individual psychological qualities, how observant he is, how well he teaches, how well his memory and reaction are, how he behaves in difficult situations, does he know how to pull himself together or has bad habits, whether he drinks alcohol or smokes, whether he was brought to the police.
Step 7
Make general conclusions about the student, write about whether, in your opinion, he is suitable for military service, indicate the recommended type of troops. Indicate that the characteristic is given for submission to the military registration and enlistment office.
Step 8
Sign the testimonial by the homeroom teacher, headmaster and teacher of life safety. Sign the document and certify the signatures with the school seal.
