Describe the attitude of his comrades, the class collective towards him. Tell us how active he is and whether he enjoys authority, whether they listen to his opinion, what kind of relationship this student has with the teachers.

List his individual psychological qualities, how observant he is, how well he teaches, how well his memory and reaction are, how he behaves in difficult situations, does he know how to pull himself together or has bad habits, whether he drinks alcohol or smokes, whether he was brought to the police.

Step 7

Make general conclusions about the student, write about whether, in your opinion, he is suitable for military service, indicate the recommended type of troops. Indicate that the characteristic is given for submission to the military registration and enlistment office.

Step 8

Sign the testimonial by the homeroom teacher, headmaster and teacher of life safety. Sign the document and certify the signatures with the school seal.
