Unfortunately, no one in our time is insured against falling into places of detention (SIZO). What if the beloved was in jail? It is quite possible to marry him, although this cannot be called a solemn ceremony.
It is necessary
- - funds to pay for notary services;
- - passports;
- - rings.
Instructions
Step 1
Receive a marriage application form (at the registry office according to territorial affiliation). The form can be requested by the prisoner himself from the administration of the SIZO (PFRSI), applying orally or in writing.
Step 2
Your beloved writes a statement to the judge or investigator (depending on what stage his criminal case is at) and asks for permission to meet with a notary to certify the signature on the application form.
Step 3
A notary is invited (again, according to territorial affiliation). His services and travel expenses are paid for by the future newlyweds. The notary certifies the signature of the prisoner on the application. Passage of a notary to the territory of the pre-trial detention center with a pass issued by the institution (a passport is required).
Step 4
A person held in a pre-trial detention center (PFRSI) fills out his part of the application form in the presence of a notary.
Step 5
The notary will certify the signature of the prisoner and give it to you for further transfer to the staff of the registry office.
Step 6
Agree on the date of the wedding with the management of the pre-trial detention center, invite no more than 2 people (usually witnesses) to the ceremony (you need a written permission for the prisoner to meet with the future spouse and 2 witnesses. It must also be obtained from the investigator or judge).
Step 7
Your betrothed writes a statement asking to marry. On the basis of this statement, he is released from work and from performing the activities of the daily routine for the period of the ceremony and preparation for it.
Step 8
We pay the state duty and transport costs of the employees of the registry office.
Step 9
We leave directly for the ceremony.
