Alexander Pichushkin is a serial killer, better known as the "Bitsevsky maniac". He got his nickname from the name of the Moscow forest park, in which he killed his victims. On his account there are more than 50 corpses. Pichushkin is often compared with the Rostov maniac Andrei Chikatilo, who also "hunted" in the forest belt.
Biography: childhood and adolescence
Alexander Yurievich Pichushkin was born on April 9, 1974 in Mytishchi near Moscow. He lived in an incomplete family. His parents divorced when he was still a baby. Alexander and his mother changed their registration to the Zyuzinsky district of the capital. They settled in a house on Kherson Street, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bitsevsky forest park.
In early childhood, Pichushkin received a head injury as a result of an accident. After that, his speech was partially impaired, which was reflected in the letter. At school, Alexander had poor grades. Then the mother decided to place her son in a boarding school with a speech therapy bias. After graduation, he continued his studies at a local vocational school, where he mastered the profession of a carpenter.
Pichushkin was not recruited into the army due to childhood trauma. After passing a medical examination at the military registration and enlistment office, he was sent for treatment to a psychiatric clinic. It was short-lived. After treatment, Alexander got a job as a handyman in a local grocery store. Then he began to drink heavily and soon lost his job. Subsequently, he was interrupted by irregular earnings.
In 1992 he tried to get a job in the police. However, his candidacy was rejected for medical reasons.
The murders
He committed his first murder at the age of 18. Pichushkin calmly dealt with his failed accomplice, with whom he planned to commit a whole series of murders. He himself later recalled: “I realized that he was not capable of this, and two of us would be quickly found. He just became a witness. Yes, and I had to start my plan with someone …”.
He threw his victims into the sewer hatches. No body - no action. So the maniac thought. And they really couldn't catch him for a long time. He began to kill constantly since 2001. It was then that in Bitsa Park, passers-by with enviable regularity began to find the bodies of his victims.
It is noteworthy that Pichushkin did not kill random passers-by, but only those with whom he was at least a little familiar. According to him, the murders brought him tremendous pleasure. However, the reprisal against a stranger did not "insert" him. Pichushkin needed to know the victim better, her plans for life and dreams. Only in this case, the murder caused him emotions and pleasant sensations comparable to orgasm. He was not interested in rape and robbery. He was impressed only by the death of the victim.
Pichushkin was caught in 2006. The court sentenced him to life in prison. He is serving his sentence in the cold Yamal, in the legendary "Polar Owl". Sits in a cell alone, because even hardened criminals are afraid to be alone with him in a confined space.
Personal life
Alexander Pichushkin was not married. About his personal life, including about his mother, he did not say anything at all. Pichushkin strongly dislikes being asked about this. He was rumored to have had fickle women. The maniac also did not say anything about whether he has children.
