Step 2
Bring with you the set of documents required for obtaining a passport for traveling abroad. It includes: - a valid passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; - a receipt that the state duty was paid; - a photo - for a biometric passport - two, for a regular one - three. Colored or black and white - it doesn't matter. The main thing is matte paper and an image in an oval with feathering. Step 3
To send documents for registration of a foreign passport via the Internet, register on the portal https://www.gosuslugi.ru. Write a real email and a valid cell phone number. Step 4
Wait for a call to the Federal Migration Service about a month after sending the questionnaire using the portal https://www.gosuslugi.ru. During this time, the data will be verified and a new document will be produced. After you show the originals of the securities to the employee of the passport issuing department and take a picture, you will have to come to the FMS again in three to seven days.
