Bernd Leno is a famous German footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Plays for the English football club Arsenal. Also defends the colors of the German national team.
Biography
The future footballer was born at the very beginning of the spring of 1992 in the small German town of Bitingheim-Bissingen. The parents of the national star of Germany are Russian Germans who lived in the city of Anapa. At the end of the eighties, they left the Soviet Union. Bernd is a native German, but as a child he spoke Russian fluently. Today he has slightly lost his skills, but he still understands Russian well.
As a child, Leno was very fond of sports, was fond of football. The parents decided to send the boy to the local amateur team "Germany", where the son entered at the age of six. There he made a good showing and two years later moved to the academy of the famous club "Stuttgart".
Professional career
As part of the Stuttgart youth team, Leno won the Swabian championship, after which the academy decided to transfer the talented goalkeeper to the farm club.
