Step 1
Boil and paint the eggs. They should not only be eaten, but also given to those who you meet when greeting. Wash yourself in the morning with water, which must be stored on Maundy Thursday, preferably any silver item in the container. It is believed that such a morning toilet will bring beauty and health. Put on new clothes, agreeing that the resurrection of Christ was the beginning of a new life.

On Easter, it is customary to lay a rich table, rejoicing in the resurrection of Christ. The main dish, besides eggs, is Easter cake, which it is desirable to light in the church. According to ancient customs, Easter bread has healing powers, so you cannot throw away a single piece of it. Also, during the whole Easter week, it is not customary to throw away the shells of eggs. The villagers crumble it and use it as fertilizer; the city dwellers can get rid of the shell after the holiday.
Step 5
It is not customary to kill animals during the whole Easter week, so even hunters should refrain from their hobby. There is no need to be sad at this time, earlier Christians used to organize merry holidays with dances and songs. Why not revive an interesting tradition with your friends?
Step 6
It is believed that on Easter, evil spirits are especially evil. Therefore, a folk fun was invented - egg rolling. People gathered in a big company and rolled eggs down a hill or just along the way. With this, Christians teased the evil spirits helpless on the holy day.

Many customs have survived since antiquity, many of which now seem absurd or irrelevant. Of course, no one forces them to fulfill them unquestioningly, but, in any case, try to spend this bright holiday as fun as possible.
