Step 1
It is necessary to check the ban on traveling abroad if the amount of your fines for various administrative offenses is more than 10,000 rubles, and in the case of traffic fines, more than 5,000 rubles. At the same time, the state bailiff service sends the citizen a writ of execution indicating the amount and deadline for payment of the debt. You can find out the amount of fines again and pay them at the service department at the place of residence or on the official website of the FSSP.
Step 2
Go to the official website of the bailiff service to find out the presence or absence of travel abroad (the link is below). Click on the "Learn about your debts" banner located at the top of the site, after which you will be taken to the "Information Systems" section.
Step 3
Please fill in the provided fields. Please indicate the type of applicant, for example, an individual. Select the region where your territorial bodies are located. Fill in the fields of the name, surname and patronymic, enter the date of birth (legal entities indicate the name and address of the enterprise, and individual entrepreneurs - the number of enforcement proceedings). When finished, click Search. All existing debts, as well as imposed prohibitions, will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4
Try to check the ban on traveling abroad through the "Gosuslugi" portal, if you are already registered on this resource. Indicate your region and select the Federal Bailiff Service from the list of state structures. Follow the instructions on the screen to order help on existing fines and injunctions. The information will be displayed on the screen immediately.
Step 5
On the Gosuslugi portal, you can also find out the addresses and contact details of the regional divisions of the FSSP in order to contact the civil servants personally and get all the necessary information about enforcement proceedings, debt repayment and measures taken against the debtor, including the ban on traveling abroad. Step 6
Use the application "Databank of Enforcement Proceedings", available for download on social networks "VKontakte" and "Odnoklassniki", as well as on smartphones and tablets, to find out if there is a ban on traveling abroad. You can find the program through the application search engine using the keyword "fssp".
Step 7
The ban on traveling abroad can be lifted only by paying off the existing debt. This can be done, for example, on the official website of bailiffs through one of the electronic payment systems. In addition, here you can print a receipt for payment in bank branches or bailiffs at your place of residence.
