Up to the age of 27, every young person must be registered with the military registration and enlistment office as a person subject to compulsory conscription. How to write an application to the military registration and enlistment office in connection with a change of residence or to receive a deferral from service?
Instructions
Step 1
Before changing your place of residence, you will have to appear at the military registration and enlistment office and write an application for deregistration, indicating the reason. The application is made in the name of the head of the military registration and enlistment office. Indicate on behalf of whom the application is being submitted (full name, date of birth). Ask for deregistration and provide the old and new registration address (if already known). Sign and date the application.
Step 2
Upon arrival at a new place of residence, contact the military registration and enlistment office for registration. When drawing up an application, indicate the full name of the head of the military registration and enlistment office, in whose name the application is being drawn up, and your full name and date of birth. Ask for registration at the place of residence in connection with the move. Enter information about your old and new place of residence, sign and date the application.
Step 3
If you entered a university after leaving school, be sure to notify the military registration and enlistment office, otherwise you will be subject to compulsory conscription. To receive a deferral from military service, write a statement addressed to the chairman of the draft board of the military enlistment office. Enter your full name and registration address. Ask for an adjournment and include the name of the institution and course. Date and sign. Attach a certificate from the university to confirm the eligibility of your requirements. The certificate must be certified by the rector or vice-rector of the educational institution and have all the necessary seals and stamps.
Step 4
If you are 27 years old, contact the military registration and enlistment office and get a military ID. To do this, write a statement to the head of the military registration and enlistment office indicating your full name and address. Ask for a military ID, since you are no longer eligible for conscription due to age. If you did not serve in the army, be sure to indicate that from the age of 18 you were constantly registered at the military registration and enlistment office and had deferrals from service. Attach to the application a photocopy of your passport, certificate, higher education diploma (if any), a copy of your driver's license (if any). Sign and date the application.
