According to the Federal Law "On Defense", military registration must be organized at all enterprises whose employees are classified as conscripts or liable for military service. How to manage it is explained in detail in the instructions of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation "On maintaining military records in organizations." Usually, this is entrusted to employees of the personnel service by order of the head of the enterprise, who is personally responsible for compliance with the law.
