Step 1

Find on the Internet the website of the ministry to which you want to send your complaint. Send your complaint to the minister who is responsible for resolving the issues raised in your appeal. Almost every minister and, of course, every executive authority today has already acquired an Internet service that allows you to submit an official complaint. If, through ignorance or carelessness, you have written a complaint to the wrong minister, do not worry. Your appeal will be forwarded to the relevant ministry to which the subject of your complaint is related.

Step 2

Fill out the form "ACCEPTANCE" on the site. Indicate your personal data (name, surname and patronymic), choose from the proposed options the most suitable social status for you, inform the place of work and be sure to write the place of residence, because the answer will come exactly there. Enter your email address and, just in case, your contact phone number.

Step 3

In the field "Content of the appeal" in a free but decent form, tell us about your dissatisfaction. State your complaint and its reasons as precisely as possible. Avoid excessive emotional coloring, because you are driven by the desire to solve the problem, and not just "cry into the vest" of the minister. Write in Russian, do not use threats and insults. As a rule, the text of the complaint should not be more than 5000 characters in length.

Step 4

If for some reason you do not want to use the Internet for filing a complaint, write a letter to the address of the ministry and send it by mail. If necessary, to support your arguments, attach copies or originals of documents or materials to the written request.

Step 5

Make sure that your complaint is registered within three days from the date of receipt by the government agency and accepted for mandatory consideration.
