Step 1
Get to the EU country from which you want to apply for asylum.
Step 2
Apply for asylum immediately upon arrival in the country. Contact the border guards or the appropriate interdepartmental services. So, in France you must contact the prefecture, in the USA - to the Immigration Service, in Switzerland - to the Federal Council for Refugees, in the UK - to the National Refugee Support Service, in Spain - to the Office of Asylum and Protection, in Germany - to Federal Office for Granting Refugee Status to Foreigners, etc.

Submit a formal application for asylum.

Submit the documents you have that prove the eligibility of your application. These can be legal documents, medical certificates, newspaper articles, wanted messages, etc. It is necessary to translate these documents into the language of the country from which you are applying for asylum.
Step 5
Interview with an immigration representative. It is very important to talk about your life and the persecution you have experienced.
Step 6
Wait for the decision of the immigration commission on your case.
Step 7
If you are granted political asylum and you receive refugee status, then you are issued a residence permit in this country for 10 years.

If you are denied political asylum, then you need to appeal urgently. The appeal must be written in the language of the country from which you are applying for political asylum and signed by you personally.
