From the biography of Evgeny Sergeevich Krasnitsky
The future political activist and science fiction writer was born in Leningrad on January 31, 1951. Krasnitsky received his education at the Institute of Civil Service of the Personnel Center of the North-West and at the Naval School of Leningrad. Krasnitsky happened to work as a carpenter, long-distance sailor and radio mechanic in the port. He served in the army in the Carpathians.
Career in politics
In 1990, Evgeny Sergeevich became a deputy of the Leningrad City Council. He served as Secretary of the Standing Commission on Communications and Informatics of this elected body. A year later, Krasnitsky became the head of the Committee against the renaming of Leningrad, created by the communists. In the city council he was a member of the communist faction.
In August 1991, when the Communist Party of the Land of Soviets virtually ceased to exist, Yevgeny Sergeevich joined the group of Ivan Rybkin, Roy Medvedev and Anatoly Denisov, whose goal was to form a new leftist party, which was named the Socialist Party of Working People. At the same time, Krasnitsky became a member of the management team of the SPT.
In 1993, together with the newly formed party, he moved to the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, was a member of its presidium.
Yevgeny Krasnitsky became one of those working-class intellectuals who, during the period of rampant bourgeois elements in Russia, made a lot of efforts to preserve the unity of the left forces in the country.
Literary work of Evgeny Krasnitsky
In the 90s, Evgeny Sergeevich published a lot in the press, speaking with journalistic and scientific articles. After suffering a heart attack, he decided to come to grips with fiction. The result of his activity in this field was a series of books "Otrok-Sotnik", written in the genre of alternative history. Krasnitsky wrote not so much for the sake of fame and money as for the soul. One of the goals of his work was to convey to the audience his vision of national history and possible ways of its development.
Starting to create his works, the author asked himself the question: what would happen if in the distant past there was not a trained special forces soldier, not a certified engineer or a venerable scientist, but an ordinary person with only some life experience and knowledge of the basics of control theory? It turned out that even a few centuries ago, patriotism, family, friendship, honor and conscience were in the price.
Krasnitsky's "Youth" is not a scientific and historical research, but just an attempt by the author to awaken the reader's interest in the history of his country and in the problems of governance in social systems.
Evgeny Sergeevich also planned to create a novel about the famous city on the Neva, where he lived a happy, albeit difficult life. But the politician and writer passed away on February 25, 2013. After his death, his co-authors and a close-knit group of consultants continue to work on the fantastic series.
