Instructions
Step 1
The conditions for accepting letters are determined by the Federal Law of our country "On the Procedure for Considering Citizens' Appeals in the Russian Federation", the Government Decree "On the Model Regulations for the Internal Organization of Federal Executive Bodies" and the administrative regulations of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation for the provision of the state service of "remote" reception of citizens approved in 2011. Address for messages - 127994, GSP-4, Moscow, Rakhmanovsky lane, 3. Those who sent the message by mail will receive a written response.
Step 2
Letters sent through the official website of the ministry, along with paper messages, go to the department for work with citizens' appeals and organization of reception of the population of the Department of Business Administration. The data of the authors of these appeals is considered and stored in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation for the processing of personal information of citizens.
Step 3
Messages in electronic form must be sent through the form located at https://www.minzdravsoc.ru/reception/form. The size of the letter should not be more than two thousand characters. A request can contain one attached file (without archiving) no more than 5 Mb in size in the format.txt,.doc,.pdf,.gif,.jpg,.bmp,.png,.tif,.rtf,.xls,.pps,.ppt,.pcx,.mkv,.wmv,.mp3,.wma,.avi,.mp4,.mov or.flv.
