Incorrect behavior of a taxi driver, public transport, as well as his delay on schedule, rudeness towards passengers may cause the latter to want to complain about such a would-be driver. How can a passenger act if he is faced with illegal actions of the driver, whose services he used?

Step 1
First of all, remember the number of the car that was driven by the driver you would like to complain about. This number is located on the front, back, and sometimes also on the side of public transport.
Step 2
The next step is to call the city telephone number of the hotline of the City Transport Department of your city. In Moscow, for example, this is Mosgortrans. After calling by phone, introduce yourself to the operator, as anonymous calls from citizens are not accepted. Then explain the problem, name the vehicle data, the time when the incident you are talking about happened.
Step 3
You can also send a written complaint about the driver to this Directorate. Write a letter of complaint with a detailed description of the situation, vehicle, time of the incident. Send the letter with notification of its receipt. After receiving this letter, the Public Transport Administration is obliged to answer you within a month.
Step 4
There is another Department in charge of transport issues. This is the Department of Transport and Communications of your city, region. You can also send a written complaint to such a Department by registered mail, or by e-mail to the Department's website.
Step 5
You can complain about the boor driver at the mayor's office of the city in which you live. Direct your complaint to Citizens' Complaints. She will be redirected to the department that deals with urban transport issues.
Step 6
In the event that other passengers or witnesses to the conflict were present during a scandalous illegal situation with the driver, ask them to leave their coordinates to you so that you can enlist their support during the proceedings. After all, it is possible that the case will go to court. Usually, the guilty drivers are subject to administrative censure by their management, deprivation of bonuses, up to and including dismissal.
