Robert Walders (full name Robert Jacobus Godfriedus Walders) is a Dutch television actor who starred in the popular series of the last century: "My wife bewitched me", "Laredo", "Agents of ANCL", "FBI", " Mary Tyler Moon ".
Walders' fame was brought not so much by his roles on television as by marriages with film stars Merle Oberton, Audrey Hepburn and the widow of actor Henry Fonda - Shirley Fonda.

The first wife of Robert was the famous actress Merle Oberon. They met in 1973 on the set of the melodrama "Interval". Merle at that time was married to Bruno Pagliani.
After finishing work on the painting, Oberon filed for divorce, and in 1975 she married Robert. She was 25 years older than her husband and lived with him until her death. Merle passed away on November 23, 1979.
