Every composer should have his own muse. For Igor Nikolaevna, the wife of Yulia Proskuryakova became such a muse. The path to joint happiness for both was not easy, but that is why they so protect their love and value each other.
Musical childhood
Julia Proskuryakova has always been an artistic girl. Music and dance were in the first place for her. Julia was born in 1982 in Yekaterinburg (then still Sverdlovsk). Her family cannot be called creative - her father Pavel Sergeevich worked in the procurator, her mother was an engineer. Although his father was always fond of poetry and even released his own collection of poems. And Yulia, since her school years, studied vocals and did not miss a single creative evening or city holiday. From the sixth grade, Yulia was a soloist in the "Alenushka" group, with whom she won most of the music competitions among children and youth.
But when the time came to choose a profession, Yulia's father insisted that she continue the legal dynasty and Proskuryakova entered the Ural Law Academy. But study does not prevent the girl from doing what she loves. She continues to sing and participate in music competitions. Moreover, in 2000 she received a special prize in the "Voice of Russia" competition. She tries herself in "People's Artist" and "Become a Star". But the matter does not go beyond one-time performances. Even participation in 2008 in the "New Wave" competition in Jurmala did not bring the desired success.
The same meeting
But all this was before the fateful meeting with the famous composer Igor Nikolaev. And it happened in her native Yekaterinburg, when Julia approached the singer after the concert to perform a couple of her songs. More precisely, his songs, because in her repertoire there were a lot of compositions by Igor Nikolaev. Julia interested Igor, so much so that he not only continued communication in Yekaterinburg, but also invited the performer to Moscow. Igor wrote several songs for Proskuryakova and started promoting it. But gradually Julia became for the composer not only a successful musical project, but also a beloved woman. The lovers were not embarrassed by the age difference, Igor's past (after all, two divorces behind him), and the scandals associated with former lovers. And even the constant comparisons of Julia with Natasha Koroleva could not get in the way of the lovers - in 2009 the couple got married.
After the wedding, Julia did not leave the stage and performed a lot solo or with her husband. They prepared a large solo program "One Hope for Love", which was sold out on the stage of the Kremlin Palace. Julia recorded her first, and so far the only album, and began to try herself as an actress. Proskuryakova has already released four films in which she was involved. In October 2015, a long-awaited event took place in the Nikolaev family - their daughter Veronica was born. Happy parents protect their daughter from prying eyes and rarely delight fans with photos of the child on social networks. But Julia leads an active life, speaks, gives interviews in the press and willingly shares with fans the secrets of family happiness and raising children.
