The future famous theater and film actor was born in Wales, in the summer of 1947. His parents had nothing to do with art, they were the owners of a large store.
During his school years, Jonathan became interested in creativity. And already in high school I finally decided on the choice of a future profession. After completing his primary education, Price went on to study at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), where he studied acting and drama.
Theatrical career
He began his creative career at the Everyman Theater in Liverpool, then went on to perform at the Nottingham Theater and the Royal Shakespeare Theater, and a few years later made his Broadway debut.
At the Liverpool Theater, Price became not only a lead actor, but also took over as artistic director, after serving in that position for several years.
Price gained wide popularity in the theatrical world after playing a role in the play "Comedians". The performance was a great success on the stage of the National Theater. The actor has been married twice.
Jonathan does not like to remember his first marriage. He got married in 1970, but the couple broke up two years later.
In 1974, Jonathan met actress Keith Fahey. Soon, young people began to live together. The civil marriage lasted several decades. In this union, three children were born: sons Patrick and Gabriel, daughter Phoebe. Jonathan and Kate formalized their relationship only in 2015.
