Step 1
Find out the address of the governor's office and the telephone number you can call there. As a rule, such information is posted on the official website of the government of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in which you live, or on the governor's personal website. If you do not have access to the Internet, contact the city help desk, there is the data you are interested in.

If you are not yet aware of this information, call the Governor's office to find out where, on what days, and at what time you can make an appointment. As a rule, it is impossible to do this by phone or via the Internet.

When planning to make an appointment with the governor, take your passport or other identification document with you, as well as the documents necessary to resolve your issue.
