Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010)

Adventure fantasy film by Chris Columbus, based on the book by Rick Riordan. The film is dedicated to the adventures of a teenager Percy Jackson, who suffers from dyslexia and attention deficit disorder. As it turns out, these flaws that caused Percy so much trouble are actually signs of his semi-divine origin. Dyslexia is the result of Percy's "attunement" to ancient Greek, and attention deficit disorder is the reflexes of a warrior. The demigods, emitting a special scent, are hunted by mythical monsters. Avoiding death from the clutches of monsters is possible only in a special training center called Camp Half-Bloods, created to train the demigods. After the attack of the fury and the fight with the Minotaur, Percy finds himself in this camp, where many discoveries await him: Percy's best school friend turns out to be a satyr, and Percy's real father is the powerful god of the seas, Poseidon. Because of his origin, Percy is immediately drawn into a dangerous confrontation between his father and the main Olympian god Zeus.

Clash of the titans (2010)

Fantasy action movie by Louis Leterrier, based on the ancient Greek myth of Perseus. The fisherman and his wife find in the sea a casket with a dead woman and a child, whom they decide to raise as their own and give him the name Perseus. The matured Perseus witnesses how soldiers from the city of Argos destroy the statue of Zeus, thereby declaring war on the Olympian gods. The angry gods unleashed furies on the people, because of which the adopted family of Perseus died. Perseus himself ends up in the palace of King Argos Kefey, who celebrates the liberation of people from the power of the gods. Kefei's wife compared her daughter Andromeda to Aphrodite, which further angered the Olympians. As the messenger of the gods, Hades arrived in Argos, who set a condition for Kefey: either Andromeda would be sacrificed to the terrible sea monster Kraken, or Argos would be destroyed. This can only be prevented by Perseus, whose father, as it turned out, is the king of the gods Zeus himself.

War of the Gods: Immortals (2011)

A fantasy action movie by Tarsem Singh based on the ancient Greek myths of Theseus and the titanomachy. The despotic and power-obsessed King Hyperion wants to destroy the Olympian gods who allowed his family to die. To do this, he decides to free the titans from Tartarus, who were cast down there by the gods thousands of years ago. To do this, Hyperion needs an Epirus bow made by the god of war, stored in one of the temples of Hellas. In search of the bow, the army of Hyperion gradually conquers Greece. Meanwhile, the young peasant Theseus, who lives with his mother in an obscure village, is learning how to use weapons under the guidance of a local old man. During the attack on the village, Hyperion kills Theseus' mother in front of him, and theseus himself is sent into slavery in the salt mines. In captivity, Theseus meets the oracle girl Phaedra, telling Theseus that he is the chosen one who is destined to free Hellas.

Wrath of the Titans (2012)

Sequel to Clash of the Titans, directed by Jonothan Libesman. Events unfold 10 years after the victory of Perseus over the Kraken. Perseus leads a simple life as a fisherman and brings up his son Eleus. Zeus comes to Perseus, telling his son that people's faith in the gods has weakened, which is why the Olympians began to lose strength. Tartarus, where the gods imprisoned their enemies titans, can no longer hold them back. Zeus asks his son for help in the upcoming battle between the gods and titans, but Perseus refuses. The god of the underworld Hades and the god of war Ares make a deal with the main titan Kronos: they help him to free himself, and in return Kronos keeps them eternal life. Zeus and the god of the seas, Poseidon, are trapped, and Kronos is freed. In addition to the titans, monsters break out of Tartarus, one of which attacks the village where Perseus lives. The hero realizes that he will have to stop the titans, otherwise the whole world will plunge into chaos.

Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters (2013)

The second part of the film "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief", directed by Thor Freudenthal, based on the novel by Rick Riordan "Sea of Monsters". In Camp Half-Blood, the young demigod Percy Jackson meets his half-brother Cyclops Tyson. The son of Hermes, Luke Castellan, who dreams of overthrowing the gods, attacks the camp and poisons the magic tree that protects its borders from monsters. This tree was created from Zeus' daughter Thalia Grace, who was killed by a monster. Athena's daughter Annabeth Chase finds out that only the Golden Fleece can save the tree, in search of which the camp director sends Ares' daughter Clarissa La Rue. But Percy Jackson is going to find Runo first.
