Tatyana Nedelskaya was born on September 2, 1972 in Ukraine, in the city of Zaporozhye. She graduated from the 8th grade of school there. All care for the family fell on the shoulders of Natalia's mother, who was a teacher of the Ukrainian language and literature at an educational institution. Their income was below average. Also, a large amount of money was spent on the singer's education, which seriously affected the family's budget. As a result, her mother also had to work at night school. But the income received was still too little.
