People's Artist of the RSFSR (1990) Tatyana Vladimirovna Bestaeva in the "sixties" was accepted by the domestic cinematographic community as the most beautiful actress. It is interesting that the directors of that period often attracted her to play the roles of foreign women, because she had a huge stage charm and a burning comedic and dramatic temperament. According to the actress herself, on the streets of Moscow in Soviet times she was often mistaken for Marina Vlady, which greatly amused her.
The popular Soviet and Russian theater and film actress Tatyana Bestaeva in her creative career focused primarily on theatrical activity. Her favorite phrase “I am engaged to the theater” is one of those curious people who ask the question: “Why would a widow wear a wedding ring on her right hand ?!”. The well-known lyceum is really afraid of “slipping to the level of KVN” when the great traditions of the Russian theater are being substituted for “antics” on the stage.
