The Unified State Exam confidently strides across Russia. And whether the graduate wants it or not, he is obliged to pass the unified state exam. It is gratifying that the law provides for an appeal procedure for the results of the exam. Knowing how to appeal is essential for every graduate to avoid offensive contingencies.
Instructions
Step 1
You can appeal in two cases:
1.if the established procedure for conducting the exam was violated during the exam;
2. if you disagree with the USE results.
In the first case, on the day of the exam, after submitting the forms, before leaving the educational institution, ask the exam organizer for a special form for writing an appeal. Make up your complaint in two copies at random and submit it to the Chairman of the Attestation Commission for consideration. He must sign your appeal and give you one copy of the complaint.
The term for consideration of such a complaint is 3 days, after which it will either be satisfied or rejected. If your appeal is upheld, you will be assigned a retake.
Step 2
If you do not agree with the USE results, then within 2 working days after the official announcement of the exam results, you will receive an appeal form from the director of your educational institution or from the secretary of the conflict commission. Make a copy of your complaint and give it to the people who gave you the appeal form for review. They are required to endorse your complaint and give one copy to you.
You have the right to participate in the appeal, so you must be told where and when the appeal will take place.
After an appeal has been reviewed, your complaint will either be denied or approved. In the second case, you will be given new points.
