The path to fame and recognition sometimes begins in the most unexpected place. Tatyana Ovsienko did not plan to devote her life to music and stage. However, fate decreed in its own way.
Uptown Girl
Long-term practice shows that you need to deal with children and involve them in useful things. Tatyana Ovsienko was born on October 22, 1966 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in the famous city of Kiev. My father worked as a driver of heavy vehicles. Mother worked as a laboratory assistant at a research institute. For several years they had to huddle with a child in a dorm room. In 1970, Tatyana had a younger sister, Victoria. After a while, the family was allocated a separate comfortable apartment.
The future singer demonstrated her musical and vocal abilities from an early age. When she was four years old, her parents enrolled her in the figure skating section. Mastering the technique of skating, she always sang familiar melodies. After a while, the girl was transferred to swimming, since figure skating was tiring for her. When the age approached, Tanya went to two schools at the same time - general education and music. She studied well. With a great desire she was engaged in amateur performances. For several years she sang in the famous children's choir "Solnyshko".
Professional activity
It is interesting to note that during her school years, Ovsienko did not even think about a musical career. Having received a certificate of maturity, she entered the Kiev technical school of hotel management. The certified specialist was sent to work on assignment as an administrator in the local hotel "Bratislava". Famous musicians, singers, actors and other figures of art and culture have regularly stayed at this hotel. Thanks to this tradition, Tatiana met Natalya Vetlitskaya, who at that time was the soloist of the Mirage group.
Tatiana was accepted into the group as a costume designer. And after six months she was approved for the place of the second soloist. This was the first stage on the road to fame. In 1991, Ovsienko organized her first group, which she named Voyage. She was supported by composer Viktor Chaika and producer Vladimir Dubovitsky. Soon the first album of the group called "Beautiful Girl" was released. The audience in the capital and in remote regions favorably accepted the work of the singer.
Recognition and privacy
The work of Tatiana Ovsienko is distinguished by sincerity and optimism. She often gives charity concerts. For her active life position and patriotism, the singer was awarded medals “For military valor” and “200 years of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia”, a badge “For service in the Caucasus”. Among the awards and the NATO medal "For Peacekeeping Activities" in the province of Kosovo.
The singer's personal life was not very successful. With her first spouse, Vladimir Dubovitsky, who was also a producer, Tatyana has been officially married for ten years. After which the husband and wife decided to leave. Several times Ovsienko tried to create a family hearth, but so far to no avail. But there is still time and Tatiana does not lose hope.
