The state is a power-political organization with sovereignty and administrative apparatus in the entrusted territory. Russian statehood has developed over the centuries, starting from the 9th century. Today Russia is a federal republic of the presidential (or presidential-parliamentary) type.

Instructions

Step 1

Executive power is exercised by the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, legislative power is exercised by the Federal Assembly (State Duma and the Federation Council), and judicial power is exercised by the courts of the Russian Federation. The foundations of the constitutional system in the Russian Federation are democracy, federalism, sociality, secularism, ideological diversity.

Step 2

The Russian Federation today is surrounded by former national borderlands. A significant part of which paid for separation from Russia by lowering the standard of living and falling into the sphere of influence of Western countries. In Russia in the 1990s. also the standard of living fell due to the rupture of domestic relations and attempts to dramatically change the way of the economy. As a result of the crisis of the 90s, Russia, as a state, ceased to have any significant influence in matters of international politics.

Step 3

In the 2000s. Russia has managed to overcome the political, economic and demographic crisis. Today in the Russian Federation there is a natural increase in population, the word state in the international arena is often decisive, and the economy of Russia is the largest in Europe and the 5th in the world. A capitalist economy has been built in Russia, while social security is largely maintained at the expense of the state. The economy of the Russian state is developing to a large extent due to the implementation of large investment projects. Examples include the International Space Station, the Bureyskaya HPP, the Amur route, the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Port Sabetta, and the Vostochny Cosmodrome.

Step 4

This is not to say that everything is so wonderful in the Russian economy. Economically, the state is one of the most powerful in the world, but not all segments of the population feel this in their wallets. Living standards compared to the 1990s has changed for the better, unemployment has decreased and wages have risen in many budget areas, but in remote corners of Russia the situation at times looks catastrophic. Is it about corrupt officials? Of course, corruption is present at various levels of the state apparatus, but a significant share of the problems lies in the fact that Russia is forced to invest super-profits from the sale of hydrocarbons in US bonds, which in fact are ordinary paper without gold or other real products. Resolution of this issue is a separate topic for conversation. The coverage of this problem only shows the economic dependence of the Russian Federation on the countries of the West.
