After receiving the ballot, fill in the series and number of the identity document. Such documents include passports, officers' certificates, military cards.

Step 4

Go to a booth or room specially equipped for secret voting, in which there should be no unauthorized persons. If you cannot fill out the ballot on your own, use the help of one of the members of the election commission.

Step 5

On the voter's ballots, put a sign in an empty cell opposite the name of one of the voting candidates or in the “against all” column. If you think you made a mistake, ask your electoral commissioner for a new ballot.
