There was a period when more often the question sounded in a radically opposite way: how to get away from the army? Now, thank God, everything is changing. And the question of how to get into the army comes to the fore, if you were recognized as unfit for military service?

The issue is completely solvable, given the fact that there are several categories of suitability. Their assignment depends on the state of health and is determined only as a result of passing a medical commission.

As a rule, only people with obvious and severe pathologies are absolutely unfit for the army. For the rest, one way or another, the road is open. True, each of them will have its own name, consonant with the categories of suitability: A, B, C, D and D. Let's go through them in a little more detail.

The “A” suitability category implies that the conscript has absolutely perfect health. "B" - there are minor restrictions. In this case, there is every reason for an urgent appeal. "B" - the conscript is limitedly fit and is credited to the reserve. His "services" will be needed only in an emergency for the country.

Eligibility category "G" implies that the young man is temporarily unsuitable for the draft due to the presence of some kind of injury that needs to be healed. After treatment, such a young man undergoes a medical examination again.

And the only hopeless case is the “D” suitability category. There are no options - just no.

The chance of getting into the army directly depends on the presence of the following diseases:

  • all kinds of severe infections;
  • neoplasms;
  • obesity;
  • diabetes;
  • other endocrine diseases;
  • mental disorders;
  • drug and alcohol addiction;
  • epilepsy;
  • pathology of the nervous system;
  • eye pathology;
  • hearing impairment and vestibular apparatus;
  • heart pathology;
  • hypertension and vascular pathology;
  • respiratory pathology;
  • bronchial asthma;
  • pathology of the teeth, jaws and digestive system;
  • stomach ulcer and other disorders of the digestive tract;
  • psoriasis and other skin diseases;
  • curvature of the spine and other bone pathologies;
  • flat feet;
  • malformations;
  • lack of physical development;
  • enuresis;
  • stuttering;
  • the consequences of injuries;
  • food allergy;
  • pathology of the kidneys and reproductive system.

Establishment of validity is allowed only once. But! If a young man wants to serve in the armed forces and does not agree with the decision of the commission, then this will require an appeal against its decision. This can be done administratively, immediately after receiving a military ID, by writing an application addressed to the military commissar and undergoing a new medical re-examination.

If the military enlistment office is inactive, there is a more radical method that can be recommended. But, to begin with, nevertheless, try all available methods without resorting to this. You can go to court and appeal the decision of the commission already at, at least, the district level. Yes, red tape and court fees, and nerves will be well frayed, but if the goal is inapplicable enrollment in the army, and the commission and the military registration and enlistment office do not want to meet, then, as they say, "all means are good in war."
