For a little less than two years, Karin Kneisil served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Austrian Republic. An educated and sociable woman by her actions contributed to the stabilization of the international situation.

Despite the formal equality, the representatives of the fair half of humanity attract increased attention when they are appointed to a high position. Karin Kneisil, before taking up the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs, worked for many years in the apparatus of this ministry in various positions. The future employee of diplomatic missions was born on January 18, 1965 in the family of a civil aviation pilot. At that time, the parents lived in the famous city of Vienna. The girl had to spend part of her childhood in Jordan. The head of the family was invited as the main pilot on an aircraft that served the royal. Mother worked on board as a flight attendant. After returning home, Karin graduated from high school and decided to study at the Faculty of International Law at the University of Vienna. In her student years, she mastered the Arabic language.
Professional activity
After receiving her master's degree in jurisprudence, Kneisil began to study the problems of the countries of the Middle East. In 1992 she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation on the mechanisms for determining the state in this region. At the same time, she was very skeptical about both political Islam and Zionism. In 1989, Karin was invited to the Austrian Foreign Ministry as an assistant. She spent several years in Spain. Then she was promoted to the Italian office. By that time, she had formulated her political positions. Kneisil was skeptical about the creation of the European Union.
When exchanging views with colleagues from other countries, Karin objected to the ongoing migration policy. In the meantime, she began to be invited to the departments of leading universities in Europe and the Middle East. Kneisil not only lectured on topical issues of international law, but also wrote articles for reputable newspapers and magazines. In December 2017, she was offered the post of Foreign Minister. In her new capacity, Karin continued to pursue a policy of unconditional compliance with international legislation.
Recognition and privacy
In August 2018, Kneisil married an Austrian businessman. She invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to the celebration on this occasion. This fact attracted close attention of the world media. The President of the Russian Federation spent an hour at the wedding. At the same time, he managed to invite the bride to a slow dance, which made a feasible contribution to the development of relations between the two countries.
It is difficult to judge the personal life of the Austrian Foreign Minister. At the moment, the husband and wife live in the suburbs of Vienna. They have no children. Karin continues to lecture students and write new books.
