Oleg Anatolyevich Tsarev did not even think about getting involved in politics. From an early age he gravitated towards technical creativity. And he even received an engineering degree. However, fundamental changes took place in the country, and he had to master a new profession in a short time. This transition required significant costs and efforts.
The future deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was born on June 2, 1970 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in the famous city of Dnepropetrovsk. My father worked as an engineer at an enterprise in the military-industrial complex. Mother taught chemistry at the local polytechnic institute. The child grew up surrounded by care and attention. Over the next two years, industrial enterprises ceased their activities throughout the former Soviet Union. Soberly assessing the situation, the young specialist decided to go into business.
Over the next ten years, Tsarev was engaged in the wholesale supply of computers. He acquired the ownership of a local bakery. Founding a financial and insurance company. In 2002, a successful businessman was elected a People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. Oleg Anatolyevich's political career was developing quite successfully. He joined the ranks of the Party of Regions. For two years he served as an advisor to the Prime Minister. The situation changed dramatically in 2014, when performances "on the Maidan" began in Kiev.
