Step 1

Step 3
The main job of collecting the necessary documents for obtaining a bride visa falls on the shoulders of the groom - after all, he is the initiator of the invitation. Your task is to collect as much evidence of your feelings as possible by the time you fill out the questionnaire. Letters, greeting cards, joint photos, tickets, checks will do. The consular staff must make sure that you are really planning to get married, and it will not be fictitious.

Once the petition has been filed by the fiancé and approved, you will receive an invitation in the mail from the US Embassy for a visa interview. You need to collect a package of documents: a birth certificate, a document confirming the dissolution of a previous marriage or the death of an ex-husband, a certificate of no criminal record, a foreign passport and a color photo measuring 50 by 50 mm.
