The citizen is responsible for his nation. Each of us, regardless of position in society, is obliged to carry the banner of the Russian Federation high, no matter where in the world he is. He is obliged to defend the interests of his state and not allow any neglect or discrimination of both himself and his state, and citizens.

A citizen is obliged to maintain order in his country, not relying on the responsibility of law enforcement agencies alone. Each citizen is responsible for what is happening in the field of his activity and the zone of reach of his actions and must take measures in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as other legislative acts regulating the rights, freedoms and obligations of both citizens and non-citizens of Russia.

A citizen must actively participate in the political and social life of society. His responsibility is not determined by his turnout at elections, he must actively defend his rights and make decisions, following the letter of the law. Political and social passivity is unacceptable, participation in the life of the country and in improving living conditions in Russia is a matter for everyone.
