Music also has its own records: it turns out that the composer Gladkov is listed in the Guinness Book of Records, because he wrote the most songs for children.
He also made a "musical multiplication table" - he wrote a song that makes it very easy for children to learn the table. Perhaps that is why he was elected an honorary member of the Academy of Education. And rightly so - no one has done this before.
Now he has a lot of different titles and regalia, and in July 1953, when his son Gennady was born in the Gladkov family living in Khabarovsk, no one thought that he would become a composer.
True, the childhood and youth of the future musician passed in Bryansk, he also graduated from high school here. And Gladkov began to compose and perform his songs when he was 15 years old. However, even then he did not think about a musical career - Gennady successfully entered the Bryansk Technical University, graduated from it. At that time, young specialists after universities had to go to work in a direction, and Gennady was sent to Leningrad.
Even then, he developed a strong desire to study music, and he entered first at a music school, then at the Leningrad State Institute of Culture. All this time he did not stop writing music and poetry, improving his skills as a composer and bard.
Path to music
However, fame came to him in 1983, when he moved to Moscow. He then turned 30 years old - the age when it is already possible to sum up some results. They were significant: in addition to various performances and recorded discs with songs, music was already written for the cartoons "Plasticine Crow" and "Last Year's Snow Was Falling". The songs from these cartoons were sung by everyone from young to old.
Then Gladkov writes music for performances, and to this day they are staged in many theaters in the country. Sometimes people do not even know whose music is playing, but it invariably finds its way to children and adults, exciting and delighting them.
The next area of activity of Grigory Gladkov is radio and television. Many programs on various channels were organized with his direct participation. And for children, he taught a kind of music lessons in various projects, where he told the children about the history of musical works.
Gladkov also worked abroad, and even received an invitation to stay and work abroad, but returned to Russia and continued to work in the most difficult conditions of perestroika.
Now Grigory Gladkov is an honorary member of many organizations, the president of the Kinoozhik children's film festival, a member of various foundations that support those who work for children.
It is impossible to list all his prizes and awards, one can only write that a children's song is not the only thing that Grigory does. His portfolio includes country melodies, bard songs, and music for performances.
Personal life
Grigory Gladkov, judging by his stories, has a surprisingly close-knit family: his wife Julia and children - a son and a daughter. Moreover, his approach to education is interesting: not to scold children, but to encourage them for good deeds.
In general, Gregory's personality was greatly influenced by his grandmother, who advised him to “live in goodness” and never cheat on himself for anything. He also strives to bring up such integrity of nature in children.
