Joseph Jackson (07.26.1928-27.06.2018) was born in a small town in the state of Arkansas. After a difficult divorce of his parents, Joseph and his father leave for Auckland. After graduating from education, the young man did not immediately devote himself to musical activity. Creativity has not yet attracted the young man, his interest was boxing. But his career in the sports field did not work out - Joseph's mother soon fell ill, and he temporarily had to move to West Chicago, Indiana. It was there that the meeting with Catherine Scruse, his future wife, took place.
