Vyacheslav Zherebkin entered the Na-Na group of producer Bari Alibasov in 1992, having passed the casting, bypassing numerous candidates, no less talented, but less charismatic and open. Bari Karimovich still recalls that it was the young man's smile, his sociability, of course, supplemented by excellent vocal abilities and absolute ear for music that captivated him then.

Vyacheslav was born in the small village of Mescherino near Moscow, at the end of August 1968. The boy's family had nothing to do with art, but he himself grew up very versatile. He was fascinated not only by music - he went in for sports (judo, football), performed in theatrical performances on the stage of his native school, was fond of photography. Music in his childhood was "represented" by drums, wind instruments and guitar. Moreover, he learned to play the guitar on his own, without the help of professionals. The motivation was strong - Vyacheslav really wanted to be "cool" in the eyes of the girls he knew.
After graduating from secondary school, Vyacheslav studied at a vocational school, where he mastered the working profession - an apparatus operator in the field of hydrometallurgy. Then there was an urgent service in the ranks of the SA, in a tank unit, which was stationed in Czechoslovakia. Vyacheslav Zherebkin was demobilized with the rank of junior sergeant.
After the army, Vyacheslav "began to look for himself" professionally. Work at a factory, and then in a taxi, did not bring satisfaction, the guy wanted more, he was drawn to music. The first "tests" of himself as a musician were quite successful, but their scale did not suit the guy.
Vyacheslav Zherebkin - music is like life
It was at the moment of life's "crossroads" that fate brought Slava Zherebkin together with a childhood friend, with whom they attended a class of wind instruments at a music school. Young people decided to try their hand at pop music, organized a group, went to the sites of local restaurants, played and sang at private events.
Such activity practically did not bring any income. The guys understood that they needed professional help. After a long search and attempts to break through to the big stage, they were lucky - they met the head of the musical group "Kinematograf".
The career of Zherebkin and his group was gaining momentum, they recorded their first song album, began to go on tour. But against the background of the crisis in the country, this activity also began to decline. As a result, the group broke up. Zherebkin again had to look for work. He did not want to change the music. Only the realization that his talent gives joy to people brought him professional satisfaction. Vyacheslav began attending all the auditions and auditions, and his efforts were crowned with success - he got into the group "Na-Na" by Bari Alibasov.

Vyacheslav Zherebkin came to an interview with the legendary producer Bari Alibasov with his friend Vladimir Asimov. The meeting was rather unusual for a casting. The guys spent the whole day with Bari Karimovich, talked more than sang, left him well-fed and drunk, satisfied with themselves and their new acquaintance. A week later, a representative of Alibasov called them and said that in a few days they were going on tour as part of the Na-Na group.
Life in show business, according to Vyacheslav himself, at that time he imagined differently. It seemed to him that it would be only success, enthusiastic fans, a lot of money. The reality turned out to be different - Alibasov demanded full dedication, pointed out a high level of responsibility to the fans, the group members worked hard.
It was this approach of the producer that allowed the guys from the Na-Na group to avoid the development of star fever, and they are still grateful to him. Those who were not satisfied with such requirements were gradually “weeded out” from the team. Slava sings in the composition of "Na-Na" to this day, and it says a lot.
Slava became the soloist of the group a year after he joined it. But in the creative "piggy bank" of Vyacheslav Zherebkin not only a huge number of solo songs and albums of the group "Na-NA", but acting experience. He starred in two issues of "Old Songs about the Main", performed the role of cameos in several issues of the children's humorous television magazine "Yeralash" and in the comedy series "Zaitsev + 1".

Slava Zherebkin was married twice, and both of his marriages, as Vyacheslav himself says, broke up about show business. His first wife was a friend of his youth, the marriage was formalized immediately after Slava was demobilized from the ranks of the SA. The couple had two children - daughter Ksenia and son Danil.
The family broke up due to jealousy. Constant tours, concerts, the absence of her husband at home annoyed Zherebkin's wife for months. The house was besieged by female fans, which added fuel to the fire. The result is a divorce with a scandal and reproaches from the ex-wife.
The second wife of Vyacheslav Zherebkin was a fan of the Na-Na group named Tatiana. For 10 long years she sought the location of the idol, and got what she wanted. Slava and Tatiana formalized their marriage, they had children - Elizabeth (2014) and Denis (2016).
What was the reason for the divorce and, in general, whether he or the spouses were together again, Zherebkin does not explain.
