Step 1
The headman provides students with information - about where the audience is, whether the lecture will take place today, when it is necessary to undergo a preventive medical examination, what is the name of the teacher, when the session starts, etc. The source of information for the headman is the dean's office, where he must appear daily.
Step 2
The headman solves financial issues - receives in the accounting department and distributes scholarships to students (or collects passport data of students and hands them over to the accounting department to receive plastic cards); collects money from students for graduation albums, sightseeing trips, birthday gifts, teaching aids, etc.
Step 3
The headman is responsible for the normal functioning of the educational process - prepares the audience (washes the blackboard, brings chalk), prepares study guides at the request of the teacher, distributes didactic materials to students, lists of questions for a test or exam. The headman also keeps track of attendance - he fills in a special register, which must be done every day. At the end of each month, the attendance log is submitted to the dean's office for verification.
Step 4
The headman deals with issues related to the joint leisure of students - the organization of excursions, hiking trips, the celebration of any significant events, for example, a graduation party.
