The actor was born on December 9, 1964 in Christopher, Illinois, USA, His parents emigrated from Croatia and successfully worked in a print publishing house. John's mom, Jo Ann, was the magazine's publisher and editor, and his father, Daniel, wrote articles on environmental protection.
