Biography
Alexander Yatsko was born on June 13, 1958 in the village of Ostrov (Minsk, Belarus). All childhood and adolescence of the future actor was held in Minsk. Parents had no connection with the art world, my father was a journalist by education.
Alexander was educated at the 4th secondary school named after S. M. Kirov. During his studies he liked to participate in school performances.
In his youth, the future actor planned to become an architect. In 1980 he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute. During his studies at the institute, Alexander attended the student theater "Colosseum" and eventually became seriously interested in theater. He worked at the institute for several months in his specialty. After that, he went to Moscow to enter the Gorky Moscow Art Theater School-Studio at the acting department, which he successfully graduated in 1985.

Alexander Yatsko was married to the famous actress Elena Valyushkina. The actor met his wife at the theater. Mossovet. In 1997, the couple had a son, Vasily. And in 2002, a daughter, Maria, was born. In 2014, the couple filed for divorce.
Son Vasily followed in his father's footsteps and studies at the Architectural Institute.
