Today, the first stage of getting a job is always a questionnaire. Therefore, anyone should know how to decorate their profile in order to look more profitable in the eyes of the employer.

Instructions

Step 1

Write in a neat and beautiful handwriting. It is highly likely (especially if you are applying for a serious job) that the company will analyze your handwriting graphologically. Try to write straight letters of a large enough size, while not lifting them above the line (lifting will mean pride and arrogance). If your letters are similar to one another, this will indicate that there is creativity in you; at the same time, writing each character clearly separately will emphasize traits like focus and order.

Step 2

Anticipate what they want to hear from you. It is foolish to write honest answers to questions: the answer that suits the applicant will be much more productive. For example, if you are sure that you are being hired with the prospect of growth, write that "You hope to get used to the team and find a permanent job." On the other hand, if you see that the future bosses would not want to create competition for themselves, emphasize that "I am interested in this particular position, and not something higher."

Step 3

Answer the question "How much would you like to earn" as to the question "How much we promised you in the ad", while slightly increasing the amount. For example, if you get a job as a waiter for 15,000 rubles, write the answer "14,000-16,000". This will highlight your loyalty. On the other hand, the answer "From 16,000" will highlight confidence and determination.

Step 4

Highlight your flaws carefully. A similar question will surely come across you in the questionnaire and the correct answer will be "I have drawbacks, but they will not interfere with my work." When settling down as a bartender, in no case should you write that you are absent-minded, but on the other hand, the absence of shortcomings will seem suspicious to the employer. So you need to write something that will not really hinder the future bartender: "I am too obsessed with trifles, I overestimate my capabilities." Make your flaws positive, or at least neutral.

Step 5

Do not lie. The information you disclose should be embellished, but not incorrect. For example, if you are bad enough with a computer, but have learned how to open the main office programs, feel free to set yourself "4/5", although you objectively rate yourself at three. On the other hand, don't say that you know English if you just took it in school. You run the risk of getting into a very unpleasant situation, perhaps after hiring.
