Step 1
If among your relatives, girlfriends or just colleagues there is one who needs a little "shake-up", then it is in your power to help her. To do this, just write to the editorial office of the program on the official website of the CTC TV channel (www.ctc-tv.ru/rus/projects/tvproject/8382/index.phtml). Please note that the letter must contain a true story about the person who will be taking part in "Take it off immediately!"
Step 2
In addition, the letter must contain a questionnaire of the future participant, which must contain the last name, first name and patronymic; city, contact phone number, and e-mail address.
Step 3
The completed questionnaire and story must be sent to the editorial office's email address ([email protected]).
