Step 1

Go to the registry office together with your future spouse and write an application for marriage registration. Do not forget to take the receipt for the payment of the state fee. The registry office will ask you to show her and your passports. When the data specified in the application is verified with the documents, you will be assigned a wedding date.

On the appointed day and time, come to the registry office. Try to arrive early so as not to rush and be in time for everything. You can bring several guests with you, who will wait outside and congratulate you after the painting. Non-ceremonial registration takes place not in the hall, but in a simple office. The employees of the registration authority will ask your consent to become spouses and give documents for you to sign. After that, you will be given a marriage certificate. According to the law, at least a month must elapse between the moment of filing an application and registration. In some cases, this time can be shortened, for example, during pregnancy or a serious illness. Submit the appropriate certificate from the antenatal clinic or hospital where you are being observed, and set a wedding date for the near future.
